- Cooking Method
A) ROTI PARATHA & CHAPATI
1. Remove Roti Paratha from the freezer and place it in a pan over slow heat for 3 minutes without oil.
2. Fry Roti Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For fluffy and crispy bite, after frying give soft pats from outside towards the centre of Roti Paratha.B) ROTI PURI
1. Defrost Poori for 2 -3 minutes without oil.
2. Heat oil in deep frying pan and deep fry Poori when the oil is hot enough.
3. As the Poori rise, pour the hot oil onto Poori until it pull up.
4. For each side at the Poori, flip only once to avoid excessive oil absorption.
5. Flip the Poori over when it puffs up and remove it from the oil when it turns golden brown on both sides. Serve while it’s hot.Weight: 970g
