Return & refund

Reason for returns must be valid and meets the criteria for returns.

Buyer’s terms of return:

  • Product or service be replaced with something similar or equivalent.
  • The product or goods must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • The product has not been received by Buyer
  • The product received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, material, physical damage, malfunction etc.) to Buyer.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement. And for refund, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

If your return is not valid, we reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

Terms of return from the seller:

  • Product or service be replaced with something similar or equivalent.
  • The product or goods must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • State the reasonable reasons why the purchase of a product or service is non-refundable or does not meet the relevant criteria such as product has been used, etc.

If a buyer has a problem and is not satisfied with the product they are receiving, they can distribute the information and contact the administrator via email at hello@pybli.com.my . The buyer must state the reason and keep the receipt for reference. The Pybli admin will then contact the seller for a suitable solution.

We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
