A) Oven – Cooking Preparation
1. Thaw Chic ‘O’ Cheese at the room temperature for about 10-15 minutes or until the dough is soft.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C within 10 minutes depends on the type of oven used.
3. Brush a layer of egg wash on the pastry. Do not skip the egg wash. It helps your puffy pastry achieve that coveted golden sheen.
4. Sprinkle the black sesame seeds to add flavour and as decoration.
5. Then, bake the Chic ‘O’ Cheese within 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.B) Air Fryer – Cooking Preparation
