DELIVERY OPTIONS

Yes, Pybli utilizes facilities from courier service companies in Malaysia to ship products or goods orders across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Express Delivery is for all items listed in Pybli that meet the following criteria:
• Items or products must not be more than 60cm in length and 7kg in weight.
• Depending on the seller for the selected courier service.

Next working day delivery within courier coverage areas and 2-3 working days for areas outside of courier coverage.

Express Delivery is the fastest form of shipping. The delivery time usually varies between 24 and 72 hours. You’ll also be able to track your delivery for express shipping.

Express post normally comes with a guarantee deliver by date since it will include an extra shipping cost to get it delivered faster.

If your item cannot be shipped the same day for certain reasons, the courier will re-order the second shipment the next day (except Sundays).

You can check the delivery status through the courier tracking system. When your order is ready for shipment, the courier will contact you.

The seller will provide you with a tracking number for the purpose of checking the status of the goods.

Subject to seller and courier company services used. The seller will determine which courier service to use based on time, location, quantity and quality.

Selection of delivery can also be viewed at the Cart Totals section. For free delivery is subject to promotions. The seller will determine the appropriate shipping method and courier service to use.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DETAILS

Delivery time for a product depends on several factors:

• Location – next working day delivery within courier coverage areas and 2-3 working days for areas outside of courier coverage.

• Courier services used

In general, the address space provided allows the home address or company address to be entered. If you would like to enter a different address for shipping, check the box “Ship to a different address?”. Then complete the details.

Alternatively, you can also enter the information in the “Order notes” section.

You may only change the shipping address before the order is placed. Once payment is made, no changes can be made.
Here are the steps for updating your shipping address:

  • Click on “My Account”.

 

  • Next in the tab panel on the left, click on “Addresses”. Click “Edit” to update the related information.

 

  • Once update is done, click on the “Save address” button.

Our shipping partners do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Delivery is done on working days only.

The Pybli platform does not provide this service. Alternatively, you can contact the courier to schedule delivery of the goods on a timely basis.

  • In the View your shopping cart section, click on the product you want to buy, and you’ll be taken to that product page.

 

  • Click on “Calculate shipping”.

 

  • Enter the address for the shipment and press the “Update” button. If you can see details of shipping costs, this means the goods can be shipped to your location. Otherwise, the system will notify you of a delivery to that address and you will need to change your other shipping address.

You can track your goods via the tracking system provided by the courier.

Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day Pybli Supported Logistics Partners has successfully picked up the order from seller.

Please note that these lead time varies depending on the delivery address of the buyers and sellers as well as courier’s working days.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery type
  • Weight and size of goods
  • Delivery location

Free delivery is subject to promotions.

REFUND

You can cancel your order by contacting Pybli via email at hello@pybli.com.my. Pybli will then contact the seller. This cancellation depends on the discretion of the seller. If the goods have been processed, the possibility of cancellation cannot be performed.

Cancelled orders are orders that did not manage to be processed successfully before the product is being shipped.

A refund will be automatically initiated when:

  • Your order is cancelled by seller
  • Refund request is accepted by seller

 

  • To view the status of your order, click on “My Account” and select “My Purchase”. Particular order or information will be displayed.
